Conference Languages
We value the inclusion and active participation of all attendees regardless of their primary language. Our goal is to create a linguistically inclusive environment that facilitates knowledge exchange and collaboration among participants from diverse regions.
Living Data 2025 recognizes the linguistic diversity of our global community. To facilitate effective communication, we have established the following guidelines:
Official Languages
English and Spanish are the official languages of the conference.
Abstracts
- Abstracts should be submitted in either English or Spanish (one language only).
- The language of your abstract should match the language you intend to use for your presentation.
Presentations
- Presentations can be delivered in either English or Spanish.
- For Spanish presentations, we recommend bilingual materials (slides with text in both languages when possible).
- We are working to provide simultaneous interpretation services between English and Spanish. More details on the availability and scope of these services will be announced closer to the event.
Virtual Participation
Options will be available to follow presentations in both languages. Specific details about the platform and access to translations will be provided at a later date.
