Call for Abstracts

We invite submissions for oral presentations and posters relating to the themes of Living Data | Datos Vivos 2025. Search or browse through the sessions below to find the most suitable session for your abstract submission. All posters and oral (including lightning talk) presentations should be submitted to a session befitting their topic. Only if you cannot find a session appropriate for your presentation, should you consider submitting it to the more general sessions of Poster or Contributed Oral.
When you find an appropriate session, you can copy the session ID to have it ready for reference. You will need to find the ID in the sessions drop down list in the submission form to select the session of your preference. Submissions will be reviewed by the session organizers for inclusion in that program. Submission does not guarantee acceptance in the session to which it was submitted nor the format chosen for presentation.
The abstract submission form provides a step-by-step guide, including required information indicated by a red asterisk.
Key Requirements
- Title: Maximum 20 words
- Abstract: Maximum 300 words
- Presentation types: Oral, Lightning talk, or Poster
- Session: Choose from available sessions (see below)
- Authors: Include all contributing authors. Email, City, Country are required; ORCiD, Institution/Organization, State/Province, and mobile phone number are optional.
- Conference languages
