Living Data 2025 offers discounted registration fees for participants from developing countries. Please check the list below to see if your country qualifies for reduced rates.

Note: External activities (social meetings, tours, or tourist activities) will be managed by third parties. These costs are not included in the registration fee and payment would need to be done independently from the registration. We are also exploring free activity alternatives for participants.

Student Verification
To qualify for student rates, you must be enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited institution. You will be required to provide proof of your student status (student ID or letter from your institution) during the registration process.

During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to indicate any dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, or other special requirements. We are committed to making this conference accessible and inclusive for all participants.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by August 31, 2025 will receive a full refund minus a $50 USD processing fee. Cancellations received between September 1 and October 10, 2025 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after October 10, 2025.
Registration may be transferred to another person at no additional cost by contacting the organizing committee.
Visa Information
Citizens of many countries can enter Colombia without a visa for stays up to 90 days. However, entry requirements vary depending on nationality.
